You informed me that you were on vacation and upon your return, you never received the paper. I resent the paper in February, expecting that you would address the issues I raised. However, it has been over a month, and my wife inquired about the status today. You mentioned that you returned from vacation again, and today's date is March 25, 2025. "It took the claims department over six weeks to even address my insurance claim. When they did address it another three days to mail a check. The check was mailed to the wrong address. Now it’s going to be another three days. Summer is almost over and I don’t have my motorcycle I do not believe that this company should be selling motorcycle insurance they are not equipped to handle the claims. And Tyra‘s office promise to follow up and see my claim through once they learned that I was having trouble there were no follow up calls and nothing was done about it."
